R34 Nissan Skyline GT-R To Be Reborn With R35 Underpinnings
There’s also a set of the iconic Rays TE37 wheels similar to those offered with the GT-R Nismo, as well as a large rear wing. Overall, the exterior design suits the car, but there is one element we’re not quite sure of. While the R34 Skyline GT-R had a twin-exit exhaust on the left side of the diffuser, the R35 features a pair on either side. This redesign sees a single pipe on either side of the diffuser, and while we get that the designers wanted to do something different, this look feels like it was lifted from a lesser Nissan Z.
Inside, carbon fiber dominates the cabin, appearing around the dash cluster, in the center console and door cards, on the seats, and in the airbag-free steering wheel and paddles.
No other details are currently available, but if and when such a creation comes to life, you can bet it won’t be cheap.
